Beginner Beekeepers Class '26

Final registration and additional course materials will be received at check-in between 8:30 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.

The classroom session will begin prompty at 9:00 A.M. on January 10th, 2026 at Bee City, in Cottageville, SC.  In addition, an outdoor - hands on - Field Day which will be held in the early Spring.

You will order your own lunch, thru the Bee City Cafe, during the class session.  Payment will be made at the Cafe at the time you pick up your food.  A sample menu will be provided to all registrants after the Course Cancellation Deadline has past.

Included in the fee is the Course Materials Manual, a book "the First Lessons in Beekeeping", a One year of membership* in The Low Country Beekeepers Association, and various Beekeeping Magazines and Catalogs.

Price per Individual Course is $80.00.  Price for the Course per Couple is $110.00.

* Cancellations prior to the January 1, 2026 deadline are refundable.  Due to the cost of materials and supplies prepared for course students the Course fees are NOT REFUNDED if the cancellation is after the January 1, 2026 deadline. 

** If you are registering Elementary or High School aged Students you must Contact Us for appropriate pricing and registration assistance. No students will be accepted at the door if they have not ben pre-registered. 

ALL STUDENTS MUST be accompanied by an adult any time they leave the classroom.

* If you are already a member and take the discount at checkout you will not receive a 1 year extension on your membership. Only 1 discount is given for a "Couple" registration and it will be applied to the member making the registration.
