Beginner Beekeepers Class '22
The classroom session will be held at 9:00 a.m. on January 8th, 2022 at Bee City. In addition, an outdoor - hands on - Field Day will be held on the morning of April 9th, 2022.
At this time we are asking that everyone please wear a mask to be considerate of yourself and others in the classroom with you. Thank you.
Arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. to complete your registration and receive your materials. Enter through the Front Gate and tell the Bee City Staff member that you are attending the Beginner Beekeepers Class. You will not be charged for entrance into the Zoo. The class begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
You will order and pay for your own lunch, thru the Bee City Cafe, during the class session.
Included in the fee is the Class Syllabus and course materials, a book: 'First Lessons in Beekeeping', and One year of membership in The Low Country Beekeepers Association. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided and you will purchase your own lunch at the Bee City Cafe.
Price per Individual Course is $80.00. Price for the Course per Couple is $110.00.
